EOLUS is the new IWT highly reliable centralized bedding handling system with the objective of maximizing the working efficiency, cutting down operators’ efforts and allergen exposure and guaranteeing an easier system management, controlling and maintenance.

EOLUS is designed for the continuous and efficient dirty bedding material handling and transportation from the washing area to the waste collection point.

WASTE DISPOSAL STATION (WDS)

• Working flexibility: compatible with all common types of bedding and enrichment available on the market thanks to the shredder technology. The efficient shredding process performed by the macerator, allows optimized waste material volumes to be obtained.
• High-level of operator protection for minimum allergen exposure: the back draft hood with a combination of G4+F7+H14 filters draws away allergens and particles during the dirty bedding material disposing operations.
• Efficient material transportation into the vacuum system: the material flow is controlled by the conveyor belt which also ensures enrichment processability avoiding any double handling or extra operations.

WASTE COLLECTION SYSTEM

• Maximum flexibility and high-level operational efficiency: possibility of different waste collection systems integration (four wheeled mobile bins, sealed container and open dumpster solutions) depending on specific customer needs, workload and local requirements.
• Easier and safer operations: bag clamp and suction ring technology protect the operator during all bag change processes, minimizing dust and allergen exposure.
• Filter lifespan optimization and less cleaning operations: embedded pre-filtration system for enrichment and fibrous bedding applications.

TECHNICAL COMPARTMENT

• Compact dimensions with minimal footprint: compact, all-in-one solution which includes the vacuum pump(s), the filtration unit and the control box.
• Layout flexibility: available in three sizes (COMPACT, REGULAR, DOUBLE) and designed to fit all specific customer requirements and layout.
• Filtration unit high-level operator protection: with easy-sealing bag system and HEPA filter (H14).
