We promote long-standing initiatives dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities; one of them is the training islandwith tutoring created with the CFPIL — Professional Training and Work Placement Centre of the Province of Varese. Thanks to this programme, some trainees with disabilities gain skills through shadowing and, in many cases, secure stable employment within the company, transforming a temporary experience into a meaningful life opportunity.
