The built-in Configuration Wizard guides users in selecting the ideal setup for each rack and cage type, while all functions are easily managed through a 10” Touch Screen or remotely via portable devices.
With the integrated WiseLight LED Bar, operators receive real-time visual feedback on the machine’s status and are alerted when action is required. The Interceptor Frame with its programmable Scheduler further streamlines routine health checks. Designed to grow with your facility, ZEPHYR is Multi Rack Ready, supporting HEPA-filtered airflow for up to six Emerald HD racks simultaneously.
Sustainability is built into ZEPHYR’s core. Constructed with over 80% recyclable materials, it reduces environmental impact while delivering top-tier performance. Thanks to enhanced efficiency, it can now support 50% more Emerald cages—cutting down the total number of air handling units needed and lowering its CO₂ footprint by up to 30% compared to previous models.
ZEPHYR adapts to your facility’s evolving needs. It offers custom configurations, optional humidity control to maintain ideal intra-cage conditions, and seamless integration with Guardian for enhanced facility monitoring and safety. For maximum connectivity, ZEPHYR can also be equipped with DVC integration, allowing a direct link to DVC racks—no additional hardware required.
