We’re inviting Senior Technicians to get hands-on and explore the power of DVC® (Digital Ventilated Cage) technology and discover how 24/7 real-time home cage monitoring can transform animal research and facility operations. These workshops will showcase how continuous, automated monitoring of mice enables early detection of welfare concerns, supports timely intervention, and provides objective insights into animal behaviour and activity.
Participants will learn how DVC® systems enhance operational efficiency through streamlined facility and colony management while promoting higher standards of animal welfare. Through practical examples and expert discussion, we will demonstrate how data-driven monitoring can improve decision-making, optimise resource utilisation, and contribute to more refined and responsible research practices.
