• Governance, ensuring female representation in the organization's leadership and management, as well as implementing processes that identify and address any instances of non-inclusion.
• HR, including career management throughout the employee's entire working path, from fair recruitment and hiring criteria to career development, balancing compensation based on a total reward approach, protecting parenthood, and promoting work-life balance.
