In 2022, the Tecniplast Recycling Program achieved a record year, resulting in over 426,000 kg of CO2 savings (the amount of CO2 not released into the atmosphere). This program demonstrated remarkable success, particularly in Germany with over 290,000 kg of CO2 savings and in the UK with 135,641 kg of CO2 savings.

This achievement is a testament to the commitment and sensitivity of Tecniplast and its customers towards environmental sustainability.

The Tecniplast Recycling Program was first conceived, designed, and implemented in 2009, pioneering the approach of reusing and recycling materials. This project was developed in collaboration with our customers, and we are both excited to showcase this record-breaking year. It is a clear indication that environmental consciousness is at the forefront of our minds and the minds of our customers.

At Tecniplast Group, we recognize that a significant percentage of greenhouse gas emissions are attributed to the provision of goods, which includes the extraction of resources, manufacturing processes, transportation, and disposal of goods such as consumer products, packaging, building components, and passenger vehicles (excluding food).
