Tecniplast commitment: our contribution to a better society
Passion does not only seep from innovative spirit: we are proud to invest time and efforts to promote those values that make Tecniplast a center of excellence also for Social Responsabilities.
Initiatives:
- A special Island for original students. We invest time and efforts to promote Tecniplast’s values in a centre of excellence for Social Responsbaility coordinated with Local Authorities
- A coherent presence in the territory
- Beyond the business: solidarity programs to help those who live in unfortunate conditions through diversified initiatives
- the Workplace Condition Assessment Award (WCA) released in 2012 by an independent and external Auditor, which guarantees that in Tecniplast:
- working conditions are optimal in terms of contents, health and productivity
- decision making support is based on real time data and knowledge management
- corporate governance is in full accordance with industry best practice.
