Training Initiatives

As an organization that values simplicity and the intuitive use of its products, Tecniplast is pleased to support your educational needs by providing training on our latest technologies.

In an age when rapid access to the latest information is essential to stay abreast of the times and thus maintain a competitive edge, Tecniplast recognises that training and education represent a priority. This goes not only for our own staff, but also for other stakeholders.

During 2008 we ran 12,000 hours of training for our collaborators, of which 75% were delivered on-site in our new Training Centre.

We strongly believe that training plays a key role in facing the challenges that a modern and quality-oriented company meets incessantly.
We understood long time ago that the most advanced technologies can do very little without Human Resources competences.

The evolution of our products has gone arm in arm with the development of our internal school: the task of “teaching” – something that in the old days was relegated to apprenticeships at the side of experts within the factory walls - has been gradually structured, optimized and coordinated.

We soon felt the need to share this treasure of knowledge with our network: the capillary presence of our competent exclusive local representatives helped to start off a dedicated educational process involving many customers at different levels.

The next step was to train users, supervisors and consultants directly through our experienced school: the combination of a comfortable and well organized Training Centre, the availability of equipment installed in a custom designed show-room and the expertise of our trainers are the assets that ensure the success of our training programs.

We are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction in the long term, and that is why we are really keen to let you know about the products, to understand how to take care of them, disclosing their potential so as to appreciate to the full their benefits.
This is our win-win philosophy.

In 2008 we registered:

  • 9,000 training hours for our own personnel
  • 5,000 training hours for our exclusive local representatives
  • 3,500 training hours for our customer

In our organization we have a full time Training Manager, a full time Education & Training Coordinator, a  Training assistant and 20 expert trainers.
