1999 - Due to the growing success in the North American market, Tecniplast founds Tecniplast USA with head office in Exton, Pennsylvania. TUSA currently employs 50 people in administratiion, sales, service and project management. |

1996 - The first IVC rack with an exhaust system. This develops into more advanced ventilated systems combining containment, cage density and ergonomics. The Sealsafe Blue line in a short time becomes the benchmark at a European level for housing rodents. |

| 1994 - The IVC, Individually Ventilated Cage, is introduced into the European market initially as a sort of pressurised micro-isolator in order to reduce gas build-up in static cages. |

1993 – The first model of rack washer built with a 5-minute cycle and 60 litre water consumption is launched. This is still the best seller in our washing division and nearly 300 rack washers have been installed worldwide – in all 5 continents. |
