WHAT WE DO Founded in 1949, Tecniplast is a Company with almost 60 years of experience in the manufacturing of plastics. The last 40 years have been focused on the animal industry. In fact, Tecniplast was among the very first companies worldwide to start moulding plastic rodent cages for commercial use. The expansion of business within world markets has given Tecniplast a number of opportunities to employ its very special talents in providing effective customer solutions. Our portfolio of proprietary products is the most comprehensive of our peers. By leveraging our vast experience in the manufacturing of rodent related products we have also developed a companion range of Wash Automation Systems and it is this dual capability that positions Tecniplast as unique in the laboratory animal industry.
